TOEASY possesses 53 advanced production lines (16 in Foshan factory, 10 in Shandong factory, 7 in Ara and Li Asia division, 10 in Hubei factory, and 10 in Sichuan) and 8 sets of metal powder bonding machine. Moreover, TOEASY boasts strong technical strength, and has professional management talents, scientific and complete management system, and is capable of providing quality products and services according to different requirements of customers. Currently, the company has formed the 20000-ton annual production capacity with good production environment.

TOEASY possesses 38 national patents, and is the Guangdong Province Engineering and Technology Research Center of Powder Coating and Foshan Engineering and Technology Research Center of Powder Coating. TOEASY has established long-term technical cooperation with several domestic famous universities and scientific research institutions, and is the Powder Coating Industry-Academia-Research Base of South China University of Technology and China Three Gorges University, Internship Base for Graduate Students and the Cooperation Base of Key Projects. Moreover, TOEASY is also the Internship Base for Graduate Students of Imperial College London.

Two standards of GB/T8013.1-201X "Test Methods for Anodic Oxidation Coatings of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys - Part 1: Measurement of Abrasion Resistance" awarded the "Third Prize of Excellent Technical Standard" issued by the China Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee, and the series standards of Anodic Oxidation Coatings and Organic Polymer Coatings of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys-Part 3: Organic Polymer Coating awarded the "Second Prize of Excellent Technical Standard".

TOEASY adopts high-quality raw materials and has established strategic cooperation relationship with a plurality of international famous raw material suppliers, so that the quality of TOEASY product keeps leading in the domestic industry. TOEASY is committed to controlling the quality of purchased raw materials, ensuring the quality of raw materials from the source, improving the spraying area, the coating plumpness and the glossiness, improving the leveling of coating film, realizing thin coating and reducing the powder consumption in unit area. TOEASY has successively developed various high-performance and high-decoration powder coatings leading in the industry, such as: super weather-resistant metal powder, weather-resistant transfer wood grain powder, super weather-resistant building material powder, superfine thin coating powder, fluorocarbon powder and high-temperature resistant powder (350-400 ℃).
